This Refund Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions under which FG Manpower LLP (“Company”) will process refunds for advance payments made by clients in connection with job bookings through our platform. Please read this Policy carefully before availing our services.
2. Definitions:
– “Client”: Refers to the individual or entity utilizing FG Manpower’s platform to hire Labour.
– “Labour”: Refers to the individuals registered on the FG Partner platform seeking job opportunities.
– “Advance Payment”: Refers to the partial payment made by the client during the booking process.
3. Refund Eligibility:
a. Advance payments made by clients are eligible for a refund only under the following circumstances:
– Cancellation of the job booking by the client before the agreed-upon start date.
– Failure to provide the agreed-upon labour services by FG Manpower.
4. Refund Process:
a. Refund requests are automatically initiated by FG Manpower within 3 Working days of the cancellation or service failure.
b. The refund request must include:
– Client’s contact information.
– Job booking details.
– Reason for cancellation or service failure.
5. Refund Method:
a. Refunds will be processed using the same method as the original payment.
b. In case the original payment method is not available, FG Manpower will work with the client to determine an alternative refund method.
6. Non-Refundable Circumstances:
a. Advance payments are non-refundable in the following circumstances:
– Client cancels the job booking on the agreed-upon start date.
– Client fails to provide accurate and complete information leading to the inability to provide labour services.
7. Reservation of Rights:
FG Manpower reserves the right to refuse or limit refunds in cases where it determines, in its sole discretion, that abuse or fraud has occurred.
8. Amendments to the Policy:
FG Manpower may update or modify this Refund Policy from time to time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and the revised policy will be effective for all transactions occurring after the date of such notification.
